Introduction
Coiling has become an excellent treatment option for intracranial aneurysms. Particularly in the posterior circulation, aneurysms considered inaccessible to clipping can be treated reliably.
However, a seemingly straightforward coiling is sometimes complicated by unusual findings as in this extraordinary case.
