Zusammenfassung

Die Häufigkeit der Herz-Lungen-Wiederbelebung beim beobachteten Herzstillstand durch Laien ist in Deutschland z. T. deutlich geringer als in anderen europäischen Staaten. Es ist davon auszugehen, dass dies einen negativen Einfluss auf das Überleben eines Herz-Kreislauf-Stillstands hat.

Ein relevanter Ansatz zur Verbesserung ist die telefonische Anleitung zur Reanimation („Telefonreanimation“, T-CPR). Deshalb wird diese auch in den aktuellen Leitlinien zur Wiederbelebung des ERC sowie GRC gefordert. Entsprechend aktueller Leitlinien und Empfehlungen, anderer Algorithmen und eigener Erfahrungen entstand im bayernweiten Konsens verschiedener Beteiligter der Algorithmus T-CPR Bayern, der allen Integrierten Leitstellen Bayerns zur Verfügung gestellt wird und auch ein einheitliches Schulungssystem für die Disponenten sowie eine entsprechende Evaluation beinhaltet. Damit ist Bayern das erste Flächen-Bundesland in Deutschland, in dem die Telefonreanimation in allen Integrierten Leitstellen flächendeckend eingeführt wird.

Abstract

The incidence of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in case of cardiac arrest observed by lay persons is in Germany considerably less than in other European countries. It can be assumed, that this fact has a negative impact on the survival rate in case of cardiac arrest. A relevant approach for improvement is the concept of telephone resuscitation (dispatcher-assisted CPR, D-CPR). Therefore this concept is also demanded in the current guidelines for resuscitation by the ERC as well as by the GRC. Analogical to current guidelines, recommendations, different algorithms and own experiences an algorithm for telephone resuscitation was developed, based on a consensus of various parties from Bavaria. That algorithm as well a standardized training system for the dispatchers and an appropriate evaluation will be provided to all emergency dispatch centers. Thereby Bavaria will be the first German territorial State in which an area-wide telephone resuscitation is available to all emergency dispatch centers.
