Durch den in den letzten Jahren zunehmenden Einsatz der CT in der orthopädischen Diagnostik konnte auch die Bestimmung von Achsen und Rotationen verbessert werden und löst in vielen Fällen die Messung am konventionellen Röntgenbild zu Recht ab. Die neuen Messverfahren bieten uns in vielen Fällen exaktere Daten und bessere Möglichkeiten der Auswertung. Im folgenden Artikel soll insbesondere auf die häufigsten Fragestellungen eingegangen werden und anhand des Texts und der Abbildungen die unkomplizierte Durchführung der Messverfahren erläutert werden.
Abstract
Because of the increasing use of computed tomography in orthopedic diagnostics, measurement of rotation and axis could be improved and replaces the measurement in plain X-ray pictures. The new technique of measuring in many cases gives more accurate data and better prospects for analysis. The following article shows the use of computed tomography to answer the most common questions and shows the uncomplicated procedure using text and figures.
