Vergiftungen im Rettungsdienst – Diagnose und Therapie

Zusammenfassung

Vergiftungen sind ein seltener Grund für die Alarmierung des Rettungsdienstes. Der Eigenschutz der eingesetzten Kräfte hat insbesondere bei Einsätzen mit zunächst unbekannten Toxinen eine besonders hohe Priorität. Die notärztliche Therapie umfasst einerseits allgemeine, symptomorientierte Behandlungsschritte, andererseits ist bei einigen Vergiftungen der zielgerichtete Einsatz von Antidoten sinnvoll. Bei der Auswahl der Zielklinik sind die innerklinischen therapeutischen Optionen zu berücksichtigen.

Abstract:

Poisoning is an uncommon indication for the activation of the emergency medical service. Personal safety of the rescue team especially in situations with unknown toxins has highest priority. The goal of prehospital treatment includes symptom driven standard procedures as well as a specific treatment by antidotes. Hospital admission is strongly influenced by the further treatment options.
