Zusammenfassung
Isolierte Verletzungen der zervikalen Halswirbelsäule sind ein seltener Grund für Einsätze im Rettungsdienst. Es wird über den Fall einer schweren Halswirbelsäulenverletzung mit unerwartetem Ausgang berichtet.
Abstract
Isolated cervical spine injuries are rare indications for EMS calls. We report the case of a severe cervical spine injury with unexspected outcome.
