Akutes Abdomen im Rahmen einer Passagestörung infolge von Bodypacking

Fallvorstellung

Ein 42-jähriger Patient wurde zum Ausschluss einer intrakorporalen Fremdkörperingestion zur weiteren Diagnostik durch den Zoll des Internationalen Flughafens Düsseldorf vorgestellt. Der Verdacht auf Bodypacking wurde durch einen positiven Kokain-Wischtest und eine Befragung des Patienten untermauert. Zum Zeitpunkt der Untersuchung beklagte der Patient Übelkeit, Erbrechen und Druckgefühl. Er berichtete bereitwillig über Art und Menge der ingestierten Fremdkörper, welche er am Abend zuvor geschluckt hatte. Nach der Aufklärung des Patienten erfolgte mit seiner schriftlichen Zustimmung eine native Low-Dose-CT des Abdomens.
