Telemedizin als Überbegriff für die verschiedensten medizinischen Dienste und Verfahren auf Basis von Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik stellt eine der Kernapplikationen für die Bewältigung der Probleme unserer zukünftigen Gesundheitsversorgung dar, kommt aber aufgrund verschiedener Hemmnisse vor allem wegen der noch mangelnden Überführung der zahlreichen Projekte in die Regelversorgung noch nicht richtig voran.
Telemedicine is the umbrella term for different medical applications based on information- and communication technology and presents one of the basic application to solve problems and face the challenges of our current and future health care system. But there are still some obstacles to transfer the numerous different projects into daily business.
