Ein 70-jähriger Mann wurde wegen therapierefraktärer Pneumonie vorstellig. Laborchemisch konnte ein erhöhter CRP-Wert (55 mg/l) ohne Leukozytose nachgewiesen werden.

Die Thoraxsonographie des linken Hemithorax zeigt einen pathologischen Befund.
