Gastrointestinale Notfälle, wie schwere Blutungen, Perforationen oder Fistelverschlüsse, sind eine Herausforderung für den Endoskopiker. Der Over-the-Scope-Clip (Ovesco GmbH, Tübingen) stellt eine neue Therapieoption für diese komplexen Situationen dar.
