Zusammenfassung
Obwohl in vielen Balintgruppen Eingang gefunden hat, den Referenten einer Arzt-Patienten-Beziehung nach seinem Anliegen an die Gruppe zu fragen, findet sich in der Literatur kein Hinweis auf eine solche Intervention. Vorteile und Nachteile einer Anliegenformulierung durch den Referenten werden abgewogen und Referenten-Anliegen von 100 Sitzungen angeführt und nach Themengruppen geordnet. Auch wenn es sich in etwa zwei Drittel der Anliegen um Fragen außerhalb der Beziehungsgestaltung handelt, also z. B. therapeutisches Vorgehen betreffend, so kann dem Anliegen doch an Hand der Beleuchtung und Erfassung der Arzt-Patienten-Beziehung entsprochen werden.
Abstract
Though it has become established in many Balint-groups to inquire a referee- who is going to report a case of a doctor/patient relationship-, about what he is expecting of the group, there is no reference to such an intervention in any literature.
The advantages and disadvantages of formulating interests by the referees are weighed out and the requests of the referees in 100 meetings are quoted and the themes are classificated in sectional interests. Even if two thirds of the interests concern questions beyond arranging a doctor/patient relationship, for instance concerning therapeutic proceeding all requirements can be met by illustrating and conceiving the doctor/patient relationship.
