Lebertransplantation – Mit oder ohne T-Drain?

Gallengangsanastomosen bei Lebertransplantationen bieten relativ häufig Komplikationen. Ob sich die Verwendung eines T-Drains bei der Anastomosierung vorteilhaft auf das operative Ergebnis auswirkt, ist immer noch unklar. Gemäß einer aktuellen prospektiv-randomisierten Studie ist ein T-Drain insbesondere bei Risikoanastomosen sinnvoll.
