Zusammenfassung
Diese Fallpräsentation handelt von der kombinierten Behandlung eines 16 Jahre und
9 Monate alten Patienten, der zum Zeitpunkt des Zahntraumas 9 Jahre alt war. Da aufgrund
der mangelnden Mundhygiene des Patienten die Möglichkeit der Autotransplantation ausgeschlossen
werden musste, wurde die aktive Behandlung auf einen späteren Zeitpunkt verschoben.
Die seitlichen Schneidezähne wurden an die Stelle der zentralen Inzisivi mesialisiert
und die Lücken für die spätere Implantation in Regio 12 und 22 wurden kieferorthopädisch
eingestellt. Die Dauer der aktiven kieferorthopädischen Therapie betrug 2 Jahre.
Abstract
A case report of a male patient (16 years, 9 months) with dental trauma at the age
of 9 is presented. Both central incisors in the upper jaw were fractured in the apical
third of the root. Since endodontic treatment was inefficient, the teeth were extracted.
Due to poor oral hygiene autotransplantation of a lower bicuspid to the frontal region
was no treatment option. Consecutively, treatment objectives were to move the lateral
incisors into the space and reshape them to central incisors and prepare an implantation
in the region 12 and 22. Eventually occlusion should be a class I with correct overjet
and overbite. Active treatment lasted almost 2 years.
