Fazit

Gemischte adenoneuroendokrine Karzinome (MANEC) zählen zu den seltenen malignen Erkrankungen und stellen sowohl diagnostisch als auch therapeutisch aufgrund ihres komplexen tumorbiologischen Verhaltens eine interdisziplinäre Herausforderung dar.
