Fazit

Differenzialdiagnostisch sollte bei histomorphologisch reiner neuroendokriner Differenzierungskomponente eines Lebertumors, insbesondere bei unbekanntem Primarius bzw. negativer Umfelddiagnostik, auch ein primäres neuroendokrines Karzinom (NEC) bzw. ein mischdifferenziertes hepatozellulär-neuroendokrines Karzinom der Leber in Betracht gezogen werden.
