Zusammenfassung

BASICS IM SPORT Das Sprunggelenk ist eines der am häufigsten mit Tape versorgten Gelenke im Sport, sei es in der Rehabilitation oder zur Prophylaxe von Erst- und Wiederverletzungen. Ein gut sitzendes Sprunggelenktape gehört zu den Basisfertigkeiten eines jeden Sportphysiotherapeuten.
