Abstract

A 27-year-old woman with the presenting symptom of De Quervain tenosynovitis, a painful condition affecting the tendons in the thumb side of the wrist, allowed the use of the modern homeopathic approach of the sensation and kingdom analyses. Along with the traditional methods of repertorisation and materia medica to confirm the results of the analysis, these useful tools aided in the prescription of a remedy that is rarely used in homeopathic practice.
