Abstract
We report on a 16 years old boy who presented with an acute onset of rhinolalia, unilateral palatal paralysis and fluid regurgitation via the ipsilateral nostril compatible with isolated glossopahryngeal nerve palsy. All symptoms and signs resolved spontaneously during the course of a few weeks. Extensive laboratory investigations and brain imaging studies were normal.
