This month's issue features a special focus on volar and dorsal rim fractures of the distal radius. This difficult fracture cannot be treated by conventional plate fixation and often leads to recurrent carpal subluxation and sometimes a partial wrist fusion. Several novel solutions are discussed by a variety of well-known experts in this area, including Jesse Jupiter, Jorge Orbay, and Will Geissler. In addition, there are several interesting scientific articles, emerging technology techniques, and selected case reports. I hope you enjoy reading them.
