Zusammenfassung
Der Verlauf des Morbus Perthes ist individuell sehr unterschiedlich. Jeder Einzelfall bedarf einer eigenen Planung der Diagnostik und Therapie. Die aktuellen Optionen zur konservativen und operativen Therapie werden dargestellt.
Summary
The course of Legg-Calvé-Perthes disease varies individually. Every single case needs its own planning for diagnostics and therapy. State of the art options for conservative and surgical treatment are shown.
