Blickdiagnosen rheumatologischer Erkrankungen aus hautärztlicher Sicht

Zusammenfassung

Rheumatologische Erkrankungen gehen nicht selten mit Hautmanifestationen einher. So finden sich charakteristische Hautveränderungen wie z. B. das Schmetterlingsery -them beim systemischen Lupus erythematodes, das heliotrope Erythem bei der Dermatomyositis oder die palpable Purpura als Ausdruck einer Gefäßschädigung bei der leukozytoklastischen Vaskulitis. Entsprechende Hautveränderungen können der Manifestation einer Organbeteiligung vorausgehen, gleichzeitig oder auch im Verlauf der Erkrankung auftreten. Eine sorgfältige dermatologische Befunderhebung kann zur Diagnosestellung bzw. -sicherung rheumatologischer Erkrankungen beitragen.

Summary

Rheumatoid diseases are often associated with typical skin alterations. Characteristic skin lesions include e. g. butterfly rash in lupus erythematosus, heliotropic erythema in dermatomyositis or palpable purpura (as a sign of small vessel damage) in leukocytoclastic vasculitis. Skin lesions may develop before, simultaneously with or after manifestation of systemic symptoms. Thorough dermatologic examination is important for diagnosing or confirming suspected rheumatoid diseases.
