Summary
The supply of the Hallux rigidus taking into account the underlying disease by a substitute for the MTP I-link with a total prothesesis into force by newer prothesis development more in the foreground. In addition to the protect link and not protect link surgical methods make for a selected population, with a look good medium term results an alternative form of therapy of Hallux ridigus grade III-IV (Coughlin and Shurnas).
