Zusammenfassung

Durch Serumanalysen bei normalen, laparotomierten, nephrektomierten, oder hepatektomierten Ratten nach peroraler Applikation der o-Jodbenzoesäure-¹³¹J (OIBS-¹³¹J) wurde festgestellt, daß zur Bildung des o-Jodbenzoylglucuronids (OIBG) und des o-Jodhippurats (OIH) unbedingt die enzymatische Funktion der Leber notwendig ist.

Die Veränderungen im Stoffwechsel der OIBS-¹³¹J nach experimenteller (3) oder pathologischer (6, 7) Schädigung der Leber weisen deshalb auf Veränderungen in der Detoxikationsfunktion der Leber hin.

By analysing the sera of normal, laparotomized, nephrectomized or hepatectomized rats after peroral application of o-iodobenzoic acid-¹³¹I (OIBA-¹³¹I) the hypothesis (1) was confirmed that the enzymatic function of the liver is indispensable for the formation of o-iodobenzoylglucuronid (OIBG) and o-iodohippurate (OIH).

The changes in OIBA-¹³¹I metabolism observed after experimental (3) or pathological (6, 7) damage to the liver indicate that in these conditions there is a disturbance of the detoxicating function of the liver.

Les analyses des sérums da rats normaux, laparotomisés, nephrectomisés et hépatectomisés après l’application orale de l’acide o-iodobenzoique-¹³¹I (OIBA-¹³¹I) ont confirmé l’hypothese (1) des auteurs, d’après laquelle la formation de o-iodobenzoylglucuronide (OIBG) et de o-iodohippurate (OIH) est une fonction enzymatique indispensable du foie.

Les changements dans le métabolisme de OIBA-¹³¹I après un dérangement expérimental (3) ou pathologique (6, 7) du foie indiquent que sa fonction de détoxication est dérangée.
