Zusammenfassung
Die Vulvavarikosis im Rahmen einer Varicosis pelvis geht häufig mit Refluxen im Beckenbereich einher. Wir berichten von einer Patientin, bei der kathetergestützt ein Coiling und eine Sklerosierung einer Varikose der linken Vena ovarica vorgenommen wurden. Danach bestand noch eine größere Varize an der linken Labia major mit Druckgefühl und Schmerzen beim Sitzen. Wir verödeten diese Varize mit aufgeschäumten Verödungsmittel (Aethoxysklerol/Luft im Verhältnis 1 : 5, aufgeschäumt nach Tessari). Mit einer einzigen Injektion konnte die Varize verschlossen werden, obwohl eine lokale Kompression unmöglich war. Die Patientin ist über einen Nachbeobachtungszeitraum von 3 Monaten beschwerdefrei und zeigt keine Anzeichen eines Rezidives.
Summary
The vulva varicosities in the context with the pelvic varicosis accompanies frequently with reflux within the basin range. We report on a woman, who received catheter-supported coiling and sclerotherapy of a varicosis of the left Vena ovarica. Afterwards, a large cramp vein to the left labia majora with pressure feeling and pain in sitting position remained. A foam sclerotherapy was performed (Aethoxysklerol/air mixed 1 : 5, upfoamed according to Tessari). With only one injection the vein could be locked, although a local compression was impossible. The patient is now free of symptoms without recurrence within 3 months of follow-up.
Résumé
La varicose vulvaire est souvent associeé avec un reflux de la région pelvienne. On décrit le cas d’une patiente traiteé par sclérotherapie et coiling endovasculaire de la veine ovarienne gauche. Après le traitment la patiente montrait une varice de la labia majora gauche avec sensation de pression et douleur en position assis. Nous avons traités la varice par sclérothérapie avec mousse de sclérosant (mélange Aetoxisclérol/l’air 1 : 5 de Tessari). Avec une seule injéction la varice était fermeé, sans compression locale. La période d’observation de trois mois ne montrait aucun signe de récidive.
