Zusammenfassung
Die in zwei AMS-Betrieben analysierten Faktoren mit mastitisprädisponierenden Auswirkungen sind sehr vielseitig. Im Vordergrund stehen Einflüsse aus einer Anreicherung von Keimen im Melk- und Haltungsbereich durch eine Häufung von euterkranken Tieren im Bestand. Treten dazu Mängel in der Wirkung von Reinigung und Desinfektion am Tier und an der Melkanlage oder beim Melkablauf auf, so resultieren daraus unvertretbar hohe Zunahmen an euterkranken Kühen und qualitätsbelasteter Milch sowie umfangreiche ökonomische Verluste.
Summary
Factors predisposing for mastitis on two farms with automatic milking systems were complex. The predominant factor was accumulation of pathogens in the milking system and the environment by an increased number of cows with mastitis in the herd. If this was combined with deficiencies in cleaning and disinfection of animals or milking equipment or with inappropriate milking routines, it resulted in high numbers of cows with mastitis, low quality milk and associated economic losses.
