Die Insomnische Störung gehört mit 18 % (1) zu den häufigsten Krankheiten in der ärztlichen Praxis und zeigt eine erhebliche Tendenz zur Chronifizierung, welche nicht selten in einer Dauermedikation der Patienten mündet (2). Für schwere chronische Fälle wurde deshalb eine stationäre Form entwickelt, die ergänzend zur ambulanten insomniespezifischen Verhaltenstherapie eine Versorgungslücke schließt.
