Thyroxinbindende Beta-Globuline während einer subakuten Thyreoiditis

Zusammenfassung

Während einer subakuten Thyreoiditis de Quervain konnte eine ThyroxinBindung an die Beta-Globulin-Fraktion des Serums beobachtet werden. Nach dem Abklingen der klinischen Symptome ging diese Beta-Bindung von T 4 spontan und vollständig zurück.

Die möglichen Ursachen dieser Hormon-Verlagerung werden diskutiert.

In a case of thyroiditis de Quervain we have observed by means of paperelectrophoresis a thyroxine-binding of the beta-globulin fraction in the serum.

This alteration of the physiological distribution of thyroxine bound to the various serum proteins spontaneously returned to normal after remission of the clinical symptoms.

Lors d’une thyroïdite subaigue l’auteur a observé par électrophorèse une fixation de thyroxine aux globulines béta.

Lors du décours de la Symptomatologie clinique, cette association aux globulines régresse spontanemént et totalement.

L’auteur discute l’étiologie de ce phénoméne.
