Bei vermuteten Milzerkrankungen und insbesondere zur Differentialdiagnose von Tumoren
im linken Oberbauch kann die Anwendung dieser Technik wert-volle Hinweise liefern.

the spleen and then the kidneys.
In patients with suspected splenic disease and in particular in the differential diagnosis
of tumours in the left hypochondrium this technique may be of considerable value.
