Zusammenfassung
Das BMHP- 197Hg bedeutet eine einfache, schnelle und ungefährliche Technik, die zunächst das Szintigramm der Milz und danach das der Nieren ermöglicht.
Bei vermuteten Milzerkrankungen und insbesondere zur Differentialdiagnose von Tumoren im linken Oberbauch kann die Anwendung dieser Technik wert-volle Hinweise liefern.
197Hg-BMHP may be used for a simple, rapid and non-hazardous method for scanning first the spleen and then the kidneys.
In patients with suspected splenic disease and in particular in the differential diagnosis of tumours in the left hypochondrium this technique may be of considerable value.
Le 197Hg BMHP peut être utilisé pour une étude simple, rapide et non dangereuse de scintigraphic de la rate suivie par la scintigraphic des reins.
Dans des malades suspects d’une maladie liénale surtout dans le diagnostique différentielle des tumeurs de Phypochondrium gauche cette méthode pourrait avoire une valeur considérable.
