Zusammenfassung

Es wurde über die Behandlung von Kniegelenkssynovitiden mit 198Au-Kolloid bei 17 Patienten bzw. bei 24 Kniegelenken berichtet. Die erhaltenen Ergebnisse berechtigen zu der Feststellung, daß durch die Anwendung radioaktiv markierter Kolloide die Behandlungsergebnisse bei rheumatischen Synovitiden wesentlich verbessert werden können. Eine dabei auftretende Strahlenbelastung der abdominellen Lymphbahnen und der Leber bleibt auf Grund unserer Befunde in durchaus vertretbaren Grenzen.

Twenty-four knee joints in 17 patients with rheumatoid synovitis were treated with colloidal 198Au. The use of radioactive colloids greatly improves the results obtained in this condition. The radiation doses to the abdominal lymph chains and to the liver are considered acceptable.

24 jointures du genou de 17 malades avec synovitides rhumatismales ont été traités par 198Au-colloïdal. Les résultats obtenus permettent la conclusion que l’application intra-articulaire de colloïdes radioactifs peut améliorer considérablement le traitement de la synovite rhumatismale. Les doses d’irradiation administrées aux voies lymphatiques abdominales et au foie restent à un niveau bien tolérable.
