Summary

The parameters required to establish the usefulness of 131I-albumin macroaggregates for lung scintigraphy have been determined. The effects of successive washings, storage time, additional sterilization and of the quality of initial human serum albumin on radiochemical purity and biological behaviour of the product have been investigated.

On a établi des paramètres déterminant l’utilité des macroagrégats de l’albumine marqués par le iode 131 en scintigraphic pulmonaire. L’influence des lavages successifs, le temps de conservation, la stérilisation additionnelle et la qualité initiale du sérum albumine humain sur la pureté radiochimique et les tests biologiques de ce produit ont été étudiés.

Es wurden jene Kriterien festgelegt, die notwendig sind, um die Brauchbarkeit von 131J-Albuminmakroaggregaten zur Lungenszintigraphie zu bestimmen. Die Einflüsse zusätzlicher Waschungen, Lagerungszeit, zusätzlicher Sterilisation und der Qualität des Human-Serumalbumins als Ausgangsmaterial auf die radiochemische Reinheit und auf das biologische Verhalten des Präparates wurden untersucht.
