Die Lagetherapie ist ein sinnvolles Verfahren bei einer leichtgradigen obstruktiven Schlafapnoe. Die Beurteilung der Lageabhängigkeit der Schlafapnoe sollte daher zu den basalen Ergebnissen schlafmedizinischer Untersuchungen gehören.
