Summary
Integrated care allows the health insurances to provide more services than the general care for their insured.
Integrated care is bind by contract and in close cooperation with all parties concerned. The process of treatment will be optimised. Participants in this net are health insurences, physicians, hospitals, ambulant care and rehabilitation facilities, physiotherapists, care services, and ergotherapists.
