Autologe Stammzelltransplantation (ASZT) und Kombinationsregime mit Novels haben die Prognose beim Multiplen Myelom (MM) erheblich verbessert. Mit dazu beigetragen hat auch das beim MM neue Konzept der Erhaltungstherapie.
