This paper describes the contents, placement and maintenance of a data base module containing identification and administrative information about the users of a health care delivery organization. This module is a portion of a comprehensive collection of information used to manage the medical problems of a population as well as the operations of the organization. The contents and structure of each of the four portions of the module, called the Enrollment Files, are discussed. The collection of the data is described as is the use of the module in concert with other data base subsets.
Die Autoren beschreiben Inhalt, Plazierung und Führung eines Datenbankmocluls, welcher Informationen betreffend Identifizierung und Verwaltung über die Benutzer einer Institution des Gesundheitswesens enthält. Dieser Modul ist ein Teil einer umfassenden Sammlung von Informationen zur Bewältigung medizinischer Probleme der Bevölkerung und der Aktionen der Institution. Inhalt und Aufbau jeder der vier Teile des Moduls, Eintrittsdatenbestancl genannt, werden erörtert. Die Datensammlung wird beschrieben ebenso wie die Benutzung des Moduls zusammen mit anderen Teilsätzen der Datenbank.
