Für klinische Prüfungen werden die Voraussetzungen diskutiert im Hinblick auf eine
systematische Auswertung auf elektronischem Wege. Das vorgestellte System berücksichtigt
die Notwendigkeit einer vielseitigen Befunderhebung und der Vergleichbarkeit der Resultate.
Dazu sind einheitliche Prüfungsplanung, Befundregistrierung und Datenauswertung wichtig.
Für die Befundregistrierung wird ein Erhebungsbogen aufgestellt, der für die einzelnen
Fachgebiete und für spezielle Fragen ausgebaut werden kann. Die Rechnungsmodelle berücksichtigen
vorerst Rechnungen mit Meßwerten, Alternativdaten, sowie seltene Ereignisse und Dosis-Wirkungsbeziehungen;
weitere Rechnungen werden bei Bedarf angegliedert.
The prerequisites for clinical trials are discussed with respect to a systematic evaluation
by electronic means. The proposed system covers the necessity of making a collection
of the manifold findings and comparing the results. For this it is important to have
uniform organization of the trials, registration of findings and evaluation of data.
For the registration of findings a questionnaire has been compiled which can be extended
for the individual specialties and for special problems. The model calculation covers
first of all calculations with measurement values, alternative data, rare incidents
and relationship of dosage to effect; further calculations are appended as required.
