Résumé

Nous avons réalisé des thromboses d’artères fémorales superficielles chez le Lapin selon la technique de Wright et Kubik. Un certain nombre de lapins ont été traités par un dérivé du dicoumarol. Nous avons fait une étude histologique approfondie des vaisseaux thromboséd, prélevés 3 à 40 jours après la thrombose. Sous l’influence de la thérapeutique, nous avons constaté une restauration fonctionnelle rapide de l’artère; un processus de fibrinolyse, au cours des premiers jours, est à l’origine de la reperméabilisation.
