Summary

Ten cases are presented of ventricular mural thrombosis and thebesian vein thrombosis with an adequate coronary system and without myocardial necrosis or myocarditis. In six cases there was reason to suspect a thrombosing tendency : namely, extensive neoplastic disease in four cases, thrombophlebitis in one, and small bowel infarction in one.
