Kontrolle der Antikoagulantientherapie mit dem Heparmoid-Toleranztest*

Zusammenfassung

Es wird eine Modifikation des Heparintoleranztestes beschrieben, bei der plättchenschonend gewonnenes Zitratblut nach Zusatz eines Heparinoids rekalzi-fiziert wird. Der Vorteil der Methode liegt in der praktisch unbegrenzten Haltbarkeit der verwendeten hohen Endverdünnungen des Heparinoids.

Der Heparinoidtoleranztest hat sich besonders für die Kontrolle der Anti-koagulantientherapie mit Dicumarolanalogen bewährt. Sind die Thrombopla-stinzeiten stark und die Heparinoidzeiten wenig beeinflußt, so besteht eine abfallende Tendenz der Verlaufskurve, wie stets zu Beginn der Antikoagulan-tientherapie. Sind hingegen die Heparinoidzeiten stärker als die Thrombo-plastinzeiten beeinflußt, so befindet sich die Verlaufskurve im Anstieg.
