Zusammenfassung
Die als Thrombozytenfaktor 4 bezeichnete Antiheparin-Aktivität der Thrombozyten kann auf chemischem Wege von den anderen bekannten Thrombozytenfaktoren abgetrennt werden. Diese Aktivität ist bei — 25° lange stabil, ist hitzelabil, wird durch Ansäuern auf pH 5,0 gefällt und bleibt bei 50% iger Sättigung mit Ammonsulfat in Lösung. Sie ist nicht dialysabel. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, daß die Aktivität einem Eiweißkörper zukommt oder an einen solchen adsorbiert ist.
