Zusammenfassung

In der Arbeit werden zwei F VIII-Mangelplasmen, ein hereditäres lyophilisiertes und ein hereditäres, lyophilisiertes und dampfbehandeltes Produkt, mittels Gerinnungstest verglichen. Die Dampfbehandlung dient der Inaktivierung von HIV-Virus.

Die Untersuchung zeigt, daß die Dampfbehandlung keinen negativen Einfluß auf die Verwendbarkeit des Mangelplasmas als Substrat in Gerinnungstests hat.
