Zusammenfassung

Die Sequenziertechnologie der nächsten Generation hat viele neue genetische Verän-derungen in Tumoren aufgedeckt. Doch welche genetischen Marker können Ärzten helfen, für jede Patientin die passende Therapie zu finden? Und spielt die Krebsart überhaupt noch eine Rolle? Bisherige Studienergebnisse sind ernüchternd.
