Cutaneous horn is defined as a cone-shaped, hyperkeratotic lesion that often resembles the horn of an animal. It is not a true pathologic diagnosis but a clinical diagnosis based on the morphology of the lesion. We report an unusual case of a cutaneous horn on the cheek. Few such cases have been reported in the literature.
