Perkutaner Ultraschall ist ein einfach anwendbares und schnell zur Diagnose führendes Verfahren bei Verdacht auf Erkrankungen der Gallenwege.
Abstract
Grey-scale US of the common bile duct is helpful in detecting the cause of biliary obstruction. We describe bile duct anatomy, its implication for transducer placement and the process of a systematic US evaluation of normal intrahepatic bile ducts and the common bile duct.
