Zusammenfassung

Nach einem kurzen Überblick zur Ätiologie, Pathogenese sowie modernen Methoden der Diagnostik und Behandlung des Basalzellkarzinoms werden ein ungewöhnlich ausgedehnter klinischer Fall und die Diagnostik und Behandlung der Krankheit besprochen.

Abstract

Following a short review on etiology, pathogenesis and up-to-date treatment of basal cell cancer, an extraordinarily extensive case as well as diagnostics and treatment of the disease are discussed.
