Seronegative Spondyloarthritiden: Gemeinsamkeiten, Diagnostik inklusive konventionellem Röntgen und Magnetresonanztomografie

Zusammenfassung

Spondyloarthritiden sind eine heterogene Gruppe von entzündlich-rheumatischen Erkrankungen mit charakteristischen Gemeinsamkeiten. Aktuell unterteilt man in prädominant axiale und prädominant periphere Spondyloarthritiden. Der vorliegende Artikel fokussiert auf Gemeinsamkeiten dieser Krankheitsbilder, die Diagnostik inklusive der konventionellen Röntgendiagnostik und Magnetresonanztomografie.

Abstract

Spondyloarthropathies are a heterogenous group of inflammatory rheumatic diseases with characteristic similarities. Currently it is divided into predominant axial and peripheral spondyloarthropathies. This article focuses on common features of these diseases, the diagnostic procedures including the conventional radiography and magnetic resonance imaging.
