Es ist gut belegt, dass aktinische Keratosen mit der Entwicklung von kutanen Plattenepithelkarzinomen (SCC) assoziiert sind. Weniger gut untersucht ist der mögliche Zusammenhang von aktinischer Feldkanzerisierung mit SCC. Wie verhält sich dies bei wegen Immunsuppression besonders gefährdeten Patienten mit Nierentransplantat?
