Zusammenfassung

Die Falldarstellung beschreibt den Krankheits- und Therapieverlauf einer geriatrischen Patientin mit HER2-positivem, fortgeschrittenem metastasiertem Brustkrebs über einen Behandlungszeitraum von 10 Jahren. Die Patientin konnte in den verschiedenen Therapielinien, besonders im letzten Jahr ihrer Erkrankung, von den Fortschritten der medikamentösen Tumortherapie für diese spezielle Patientengruppe profitieren. Beschrieben wird der kombinierte Einsatz eines effektiven und gut verträglichen Antikörper-Wirkstoff-Konjugats mit ausgewählten, begleitenden supportiv/komplementären Behandlungsmaßnahmen.

Summary

This case report provides a detailed description of the course of disease and the therapeutic measures of a female geriatric patient with HER2-positive, advanced metastasized breast cancer, over a period of ten years. This patient could benefit from modern tumor therapies, throughout the whole treatment course, particularly from the current treatment with a modern, effective combination of monoclonal antibody with a linked chemotherapy. All conventional treatments have been accompanied by selected complementary therapies.
