Einleitung
Ein 23-jähriger Patient stellte sich mit Schmerzen, Fremdkörpergefühl und Epiphora am linken Auge vor. Anamnestisch wurde 4 Jahre zuvor ein Holzfremdkörper am linken Unterlid exzidiert. Seit diesem Zeitpunkt bestehe die geschilderte Symptomatik ohne Besserung auf lokale antibiotische und steroidale Ophthalmologika.
