Durchführung von postoperativen Ganzbeinstandaufnahmen

Zum 1. Januar 2016 wurde in die Anforderungen zur Zertifizierung von EndoProthetikZentren bzw. Endo­ProthetikZentren der Maximalversorgung die Verpflichtung zur Durchführung einer postoperativen Ganzbeinstandaufnahme aufgenommen. Dies hat eine intensive Diskussion über die Berechtigung dieser Anforderung vor dem Hintergrund der Regelungen zur rechtfertigenden Indikation ausgelöst. Die Zertifizierungskommission sieht sich deshalb veranlasst, die folgende Stellungnahme abzugeben.
