Pleomorphes dermales Sarkom am Capillitium: Deckung mit Dermisersatzpräparat in einer Sitzung

Zusammenfassung

Das dermale pleomorphe Sarkom ist ein eher seltener bösartiger Tumor chronisch belichteter Areale, der vor allem ein hohes Lokalrezidivrisiko hat. Hier zeigen wir einen Fall mit ausgedehntem Befall des behaarten Kopfes, bei dem nach tiefer Präparation einschließlich Galearesektion mittels sofortiger Anwendung eines dermalen Äquivalentes eine drohende Wundheilungsstörung vermieden werden konnte.

Abstract

The dermal pleomorphic sarcoma represents a rare tumor of chronically sun-exposed skin with an especially high local recurrence risk. Here we demonstrate how a possible disturbance of the development of the local granulation tissue after a deep excision including the galea could be avoided by immediately using a dermal equivalent.
